To submit an online lease application for one of our properties under management, follow these steps:

Step 1.
Download and read the document titled FCRA – Summary of Rights

Download and read the document titled Working With Real Estate Agents.

Step 3.
See below for our list of Real Estate for Lease, select the property you want to lease, then click on the Apply Now button.

In order to submit a Lease Application you must also download and read the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) – Summary and the document titled “Working With Real Estate Agents”.

By completing the online Lease Application you are hereby agreeing you have also downloaded and read the corresponding documents.

There is a $50 fee to submit a Lease Application.
